脫水篩(脫水振動篩)產品概述：
脫水篩(脫水振動篩)是煤泥脫水作業的專用設備，廣泛適用于煤泥回收，壓濾隔粗、過濾隔粗，其他極細物料的脫水、回收等工藝條件。脫水篩(脫水振動篩)采用了雙電機自同步技術，通用型偏心塊、可調振幅振動器。主要由篩箱、激振器、支承系統及電機組成。通過膠帶聯軸分別驅動兩個互不聯系的振動器作同步反向運轉，兩組偏心質量產生的離心力沿振動方向的分力疊加，反向離心抵消，從而形成單一的沿振動方向的激振動，使篩箱做往復直線運動。

1、篩機分單層和雙層，并有單電機齒輪拖運和雙電機自同步拖運之分。單電機拖運有左裝和右裝之分。
2、篩網結構有條縫篩網，沖孔篩板，如選用編織篩網和橡膠篩板可按要求設計。當選用及訂貨時,應對篩子的布置方式,篩縫尺寸作出決定,未作確定時,按右式布置灑縫0.5毫米供貨(電機位于料流方向的左側或右側).
3、篩面傾角可在-2～10°內調整.選用其它角度,用戶可自調整.
4、基礎螺栓除ZSM185振動篩螺栓有M20和M16兩種規格外，其余所有篩機基礎螺栓均為M20，皆由用戶自備。
