ZSJ節肢選煤篩由多節篩芯組成，分節振動，整體按照等厚篩分原理布置，針對現場物料的不同，每節篩芯的激振方向角與篩面可適應的調整，以達到處理量分篩分效率的最佳結合，篩子采用兩臺電動機帶動激振器做反向自同步旋轉，使篩體產生直線運動。
ZSJ節肢選煤篩由篩芯，一次減振彈簧、減振裝置，二次減振彈簧、電動機及其支架等組成，篩框 側板采用整塊優質鋼制作，側板與橫梁、激振器底座用高強度螺栓或環槽鉚釘連接，結構堅固可靠。

ZSJ節肢選煤篩安裝調試
ZSJ節肢選煤篩安裝前，要把現場基礎與篩子安裝圖對照檢查，預埋鋼板平面度誤差不大于3mm。
篩子安裝完畢，調整好相對位置，一次與二次減振彈簧均呈垂直狀態，電動機軸線低于振動器軸線3-5mm,再把電機支架、彈簧底座與預理鋼板點焊焊牢。
要求兩臺電機轉向必須相反。
振動篩空載運行時間為4-6小時，要求篩體運行平穩，無橫擺與異常響聲，檢查篩板，激振器緊固情況。
檢查激振器軸承的工作溫度，應不大于75℃。

ZSJ節肢選煤篩使用維護
節肢篩起動順序：逆料流方向啟動，順料流方向停車。應避免帶料啟動，篩面上物料全部篩完再停車。
在篩子工作過程中，應注意篩箱運行是否平穩，如發現運轉不正�；蛴凶矒袈�，應立即停車檢查。
節肢選煤篩是正傾角安裝。
彈簧之間易積聚粉塵雜質，影響彈簧正常工作，應經常清理。
經常檢查篩機各處螺栓連接情況，若有松動及時擰緊。
激振器軸承采用3號鋰基脂潤滑，正常情況下，應每月加注潤滑油一次，軸承應兩年清洗檢查一次。
