振動放礦機簡介

    是以振動電機為動力源,利用安裝在振動電機主軸兩端的偏心塊在旋轉運動中所產生的離心力來得到激振力,驅使振動放礦機臺面和物料做周期直線往復振動,當放礦機體振動的加速度垂直大于重力加速度時,機體中的物料被拋起,并按照拋物線的軌跡向前跳躍運動,拋起和下落在瞬間完成,由于振動電機的連續振動,放放礦機體也連續振動,機體中的物料連續向前跳躍,這樣就達到放礦和輸送礦石的目的.

振動放礦機分類

    單質體振動給礦機：如果礦石破碎均勻，塊度小，流動性好，可選用擺動式或波動式。 易結拱堵塞，需要二次破碎，則適用于橢圓振動型和定向振動型。
    雙質體振動給礦機：采用雙質體近共振慣性振動原理。上下布置單排或雙排剪切橡膠彈簧，由下壓板通過螺栓連接在平衡體上，再由左右側板與槽體連接。結構緊湊、衡壓平穩啟動、不受槽體物料載重和卡死的影響 給礦粒度（0-850mm）,給料量大(8-1800t/h),可以配置無級變頻器,實現變頻給料、配料,遠距離微機操作控制。

Classifications

安裝與調試

1、座式放礦機安裝前，先把現場基礎與放礦機安裝圖對照，檢查后，預埋鋼板，鋼板厚度為20mm，平面度不大于1.5%。
2、放礦機安裝完畢，調整好相對位置，再把彈簧底座與預埋鋼板點焊焊牢。
3、要求兩臺振動電機轉向必須相反。
4、安裝完畢運行1小時，檢查機體運行是否平穩，橫擺不大于0.5mm，振動電機螺栓緊固情況。
5、在使用中若處理量不夠,在允許的情況下,可調整振動電機激振力的大小,以達到最佳效果。
6、激振力的調整： a、卸下防護罩 b、將兩內偏心塊擰松 c、同相位、同角度、調節兩外偏心塊 d、擰緊調節螺栓，裝上防護罩 e、振動電機軸承的溫升不大于80OC（電阻法）。
7、放礦機在工作過程中，應注意機體運動是否平穩，如發現運轉不正�；蛴挟惓Ｂ曇�，應立即停機檢查。 　
8、振動電機軸承每周加注一次3#鋰基脂潤滑，軸承每年應檢查清洗一次，查看軸承的磨損程度，必要時及時更換維修。
9、應經常檢查連接部位的緊固螺栓是否松動，及時消除隱患。

Installation and debugging

7, drawing machine in working process, should pay attention to the body movement is smooth, if discovery is abnormal or have abnormal sound, should immediately stop check.
8, vibration motor bearing filling every week 3 # lithium base grease lubrication, bearing should check cleaning once a year, check the bearing wear, change in time maintenance when necessary.
9, often should check whether the bolt connection parts of the loose, promptly eliminate hidden dangers.
