    ZSL系列大型冷礦振動篩是由兩臺Y系列普通電機經萬向聯軸器帶動兩組振動器做反向自同步運轉，使篩箱產生較大振幅的往復直線運動，電機不參振，這種振動篩具有生產能力大，性能穩定可靠，振幅調節方便，篩分效率高，傳給基礎的動負荷小等優點，是常溫物材篩分分級作業理想的大型篩分設備，已廣泛應用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、建材、電力等行業。

ZSL系列大型冷礦振動篩主要特點

     該系列振動篩由篩箱、振動器、支承彈簧、隔振架、二次隔振彈簧、電動機及其支架等組成。
     篩框部件由篩框、篩面及緊固裝置組成。篩框側板用整塊優質鋼板制造、側板、加強筋板和橫梁、振動器底架間的連接采用高強度螺栓與自鎖式螺母或環槽鉚釘連接、牢固可靠。
     振動器一般安裝在篩框上部的兩邊側板上、制成上振式結構，振動器也可布置在篩框的用　萬向聯軸器連接，振動器采用迷宮環密封，干油潤滑。ZSLF系列的振動器為法蘭式（又稱鑲嵌式）。
     電動機安裝在固定支架上，用萬向聯軸器振動器相連接，電動機不參振。
     ZSL系列大型冷礦篩均裝有隔振架和二次隔振彈簧。
     ZSL系列篩為單層篩面，本公司同時也生產多種型號的雙層大型冷礦篩。

Features

Screen box parts consist of screen flame, the screen surface and fastening device.Screen box side plate made of blocks of high qualified steel plate, side panel, stiffener plates and beams, vibrating bottom frame connections between high strength bolts and self-locking nuts or ring groove rivet connection, solid and reliable.
On both sides of the vibrator is generally installed in the upper part of the screen on the side panel, made on the vibration type structure, vibrator can be arranged on screen with universal shaft coupling, vibrator using labyrinth seal ring, dry lubrication.ZSLF series of vibrator for flange (also called Mosaic).
Motor installed on the fixed bracket, connected with universal coupling vibrator, motor is concluded.
ZSL series of large cold griddle with vibration isolation frame and the secondary vibration isolation spring.
ZSL series screen is single screen surface, this company also produces a variety of types of double large cold griddle.
